Spa Policies and GuidelinesWe are sorry for the inconvenience. At this time, only a 30 minute Hot Stone neck/back/shoulder & feet treatment, a 30 minute Aromatherapy Foot Soak & Treatment, a 45 min Lower Leg Care and Foot treatment, OLEASLIM Cellulite Reduction body wrap, Evopeel Back Facial or Far Infrared Sauna are the body services available. We will be resuming traditional massage modalities when a licensed massage therapist is on staff. Please do not think that these other body services are not relaxing. They are very affordable, worth trying and clients have found them to be more relaxing and pampering than a massage. Thank you for your support. Management.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your spa profile/appointment. Late arrivals will have their service shorten, but we will charge the full price. SpaFinder gift cards/certificates must be redeemed at full price of the service and can not be used towards special offer or other promotions. SpaFinder gift cards/certificates can be used for Package 3 and 4 only. The Siesta's gift cards can not be sold/used for Packags.
We offer the best spa experience and appreciate your gratuities. If so desired, please leave at front desk for proper IRS reporting. Please communicate with us immediately if you are unhappy with your spa experience.
Prices for services/products/business hours are subject to change. A 24-hour cancellation is required. Scheduled services require a credit card reservation. Credit cards will be charged at 100% of the scheduled service fee for no-shows. Gift cards are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. No cash or credit refunds on any services or series. All series have an expiration date and unchangeable.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we will not be accepting checks as a form of payment for products or services at this time.
Please do not leave children unattended in the retail and waiting area since we can not supervise them. Children under 13 are not allowed in the spa area unless they are receiving a service and must be accompanied by a parent. Please leave all valuables at home, as we can not secure them for you. Please do not bring in large extra bags, etc. Cell phones and pagers must be turned off while in the spa area.
Our spa gown/towel must be worn while in the sauna. You will be charged up to $150 for not returning The Siesta's spa towels, eyes or gowns. No food/drinks are allowed in the sauna or treatment rooms. Clients are not allowed to apply oils on their body and then use the sauna as this will damage the wood and/or supplies. Only OLEASLIM as part of a paid service can be on the client's body while using the sauna.
Products (excluding candles, teas and soaps) that can be resold and in reasonable condition may be exchanged within five days with the original receipt and original box/packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone at our discretion.
This is a non-smoking and ADA compliant facility.
Please feel comfortable reserving an appointment with your credit card for we do not store credit card information after the service has been paid. In order to get your commitment for you to enjoy a wonderful spa journey experience, please have your credit card ready. You can decide to pay in cash, however, if you do not show up for your appointment, you are responsible for all the scheduled services at a 100% charge. For multiple services/series booked, same day appointments or parties of 2 or more, we ask for payment at the time of scheduling your appointment. Gift cards will become invalid for a no show and must be in hand to receive a service. For SpaFinder gift cards/ certificates, please provide the card/certificate number when scheduling an appointment. Booking an appointment is an acknowledgement of these terms.
Please Note: Massage Therapists are our employees and are not allowed to offer services outside this facility or allowed to travel to your home. Please refrain from asking them if they can come to your home to do massages.
